Jung Legal Solutions’ pricing is either based on hourly rates, flat daily rates or fixed fees. The fee is dependent on a number of factors such as the complexity of the case as well as the number of parties, etc. Quotes are immediately available by e-mailing julia.jung@legalsolutions.law.
The mediation fee and costs are payable equally by the parties unless otherwise agreed. A retainer must be received upon confirmation in order to hold the mediation date(s). The retainer will be refunded if the mediation is canceled and written notice is received two weeks in advance of the date.
