Julia Jung acts as a sounding board to her clients in delicate situations. She assists in conducting early case assessments and risk analyses. She helps encouraging opposing parties to participate in principled problem-solving processes. Julia structures the preparation of negotiations and supports her clients in making informed decisions while considering settlement options. She is experienced in identifying underlying interests and strategizing on how to best develop creative options. Eventually, she assists in formalizing the agreement.

In her function as a dispute system designer Julia empowers her clients to actively prevent, detect, manage and de-escalate (potential) disputes on an organizational level – instead of just reacting to conflict. She takes the design initiative and together with her clients assesses the current situation as well as evolving complexities the organizations faces, tailors the system, implements and evaluates it.

Also, Julia frequently conducts workshops on the topics of negotiation as well as dispute prevention, management and resolution. She is used to work with executives, inhouse legal departments and external counsel. She teaches the fundamentals which help to prevent, manage and resolve disputes.
